Kyoto Dojo is
Dojo on the 1st floor, hall and dining room on the 2nd floor, and accommodations on the 3rd floor.
Meals are prepared by volunteers Monday through Friday.
If you need a meal on Saturday or Sunday, please ask for a volunteer.
Volunteers are also asked to do the cleaning and laundry.
Please help with any tasks that you can help with and be friendly.
Please be sure to inform the person eating out that it is not necessary.
The menu is prepared by a dietitian every month with nutritional considerations in mind.
If there are foods you do not like, please let us know in advance.

Accommodation consists of double and quadruple rooms.

Bathrooms are not private rooms.
We all have to go in together.
Please behave according to the rules and manners.
When we go to distant places for training, we do not all go together, but several of us.
Other Japanese seniors are present at the training sessions.
Be sure to observe the rules of etiquette and manners and treat others with gratitude and do not forget to be considerate of them.
For stays of 6 months to 1 year, Japanese health insurance coverage is available.
Medical insurance will cover 30% of the cost.
